Overview

We are collaborating with a respected and well-established insurance brokerage located in Naas, County Kildare to hire an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of up to 40,000 depending on experience, along with the benefit of hybrid working and complimentary on-site parking.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for managing and processing personal lines insurance renewals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide essential office coverage during colleagues' vacations and peak periods to maintain excellent client service.
• Support the team through handling policy documentation and upholding compliance standards consistently.
• Operate the Relay system independently to process policies swiftly and accurately.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be APA or CIP qualified, or actively pursuing these qualifications.
• Demonstrated prior experience in an insurance broking environment is required.
• Solid hands-on expertise with the Relay system and ability to work autonomously from the start.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
