About the Role

This role is with a well-established and expanding insurance brokerage seeking a Personal Lines Executive. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Sligo office two days weekly, offering a supportive and flexible work environment. The candidate will manage both new business and renewal portfolios primarily within the Personal Lines sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming queries, quotations, and renewals related to Personal Lines insurance policies.
• Deliver outstanding service to both existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and internal company policies.
• Support business growth and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

Requirements

• Possession of APA insurance qualification, with CIP accreditation considered advantageous.
• Proven broker experience specifically within the Personal Lines insurance domain.
• Excellent communication capabilities alongside strong customer service aptitude.
• Capability to operate effectively and autonomously in a hybrid working setup.
• Experience working with insurance broker platforms and systems.
