About the Role
A reputable company based in Tuam, County Galway, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor specializing in Personal Lines insurance. This role acts as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their personal insurance requirements and ensuring superior service delivery. It offers an excellent opportunity for customer care enthusiasts aiming to progress their careers in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and expand new business opportunities across various personal lines including Motor, Home, Farm, Van, Health, and Marine insurance.
- Efficiently handle client policy inquiries and make necessary amendments reflecting current client needs.
- Support and manage the annual policy renewal process to maintain strong client retention.
- Manage everyday administrative duties related to personal insurance policies.
- Recognize and pursue cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential.
- Adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards including CBI, CPC, GDPR, and company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Possess relevant experience and understanding of the personal insurance sector.
- Holding or pursuing the APA qualification is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
