Role scope

The role combines work across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, with the exact split depending on your background and experience.

• If your background is stronger in Personal Lines, you will be developed further into Commercial Lines.
• If you already have Commercial Lines exposure, you will still support Personal Lines work when required.

You will manage a varied portfolio of insurance activity and take ownership of cases from beginning to end while maintaining high service and compliance standards.

Key duties

• Handle existing business, new business, and mid-term adjustments.
• Manage renewals, re-marketing, and placement negotiations.
• Review policy documents, wording, and endorsements.
• Deliver professional and approachable client support.
• Take responsibility for files and cases through to completion.
• Work in line with regulatory and compliance requirements at all times.

Candidate profile

The brokerage is looking for someone with broker-side experience, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work independently as well as within a small team. Attention to detail, organisation, and client handling ability are essential.

Ideally, you will have 2 to 5 years of experience across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both. An APA qualification is required, and progress toward CIP is preferred.
