Candidate Profile

We are seeking a qualified accountant with over eight years of post-qualification experience, ideally trained at a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting practice, with a background in commercial industry. The individual should be comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and motivated by long-term career progression within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and year-end financial statements.
• Create presentations and detailed financial analyses to aid senior management's decision-making and enhance value creation.
• Assist in developing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance and commercial insights.
• Monitor overhead expenses continuously and identify opportunities for cost reductions.
• Drive finance function efficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the CFO with various commercial and strategic finance projects as needed.
• Maintain communication with senior internal stakeholders and external advisors when required.
