An established Executive Search firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to support two consultants. Key Responsibilities

Provide assistance to two consultants managing up to 15 active search assignments concurrently.
Arrange interviews and efficiently handle complex calendar management, including travel and meeting logistics.
Produce high-quality documents and detailed reports.
Serve as a primary contact point for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain organized systems, schedules, and workflow processes.
