Job Overview
An established Executive Search firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to support two consultants. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the smooth progress of multiple high-profile search projects. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the executive search industry within a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to two consultants managing up to 15 active search assignments concurrently.
- Arrange interviews and efficiently handle complex calendar management, including travel and meeting logistics.
- Produce high-quality documents and detailed reports.
- Serve as a primary contact point for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain organized systems, schedules, and workflow processes.
