Role Overview
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, navigating complex employee relations and fostering a productive, supportive workplace culture. Your focus will be on collaborating with leaders to manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders daily on various people-related topics and employee relations issues
- Assist leaders in handling tough conversations, performance evaluations, and resolving conflicts
- Lead mediation processes and help resolve complex interpersonal challenges
- Provide guidance balancing employee experience with business requirements
- Identify gaps in leadership skills and support development via workshops and training
- Support organizational change management and enhance leadership efficiency
- Ensure consistent implementation of people policies and procedures across teams
- Drive employee engagement initiatives company-wide
- Analyze feedback and survey data to form actionable recommendations
- Work closely with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to optimize the employee experience
- Continuously improve people management processes and working methods
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years in HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar roles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Strong communication talents, skilled in handling sensitive discussions with empathy
- Fluent in German and English, adept at conducting difficult conversations in both languages
- Business-oriented mindset combined with genuine empathy for people
- Experienced in conflict resolution and mediation techniques
- Organized, process-driven approach with top-notch organizational skills
- Confident adviser to leadership with credibility and trust-building skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
