Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and employee-oriented Associate Lead HR to join our Human Resources division in Düsseldorf. This full-time position involves managing comprehensive HR activities spanning the entire employee lifecycle, collaborating with leadership on personnel issues, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational performance, and business success.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute processes related to onboarding new employees and offboarding exiting staff.
- Serve as the primary contact for queries from new hires and employees departing the company.
- Offer HR guidance and support to employees, promoting engagement and wellbeing programs.
- Encourage productivity, performance enhancement, and employee development.
- Assist in deploying HR policies, processes, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage HR projects and employee surveys.
- Support managerial staff in HR-related decision-making and address employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and investigations.
- Contribute to talent management and retention strategies.
- Participate in HR projects focusing on process improvements and support organizational change efforts along with associated communications.
- Maintain and manage HR documentation such as contracts and official letters.
- Update and preserve HR information systems and employee records.
- Perform routine administrative HR responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in HR or a related domain.
- Fundamental understanding of German Labor Law.
- Experience working within a matrix organizational structure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
- Proficiency in both English and German languages.
