- Partner with colleagues to exchange knowledge, manage workload effectively, and build capability across the wider People & Culture team.
- Offer practical guidance to managers and employees on performance, development, and everyday employment matters, while referring more complex issues to P&C Business Partners.
Experience and capability
- Previous experience of around 2 to 4 years in a People & Culture generalist or advisory position, preferably in a medium or large organisation.

- Experience using HR data and insights to support reporting and decision-making.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Comfort using MS Office and some exposure to HRIS systems or professional services environments; experience with graduate or intern programmes would be beneficial.
