Responsibilities

Graduates in this team will engage in diverse activities ranging from refining public policy to supporting financial and commercial functions of various Kiwi companies. Core activities include financial and economic modelling, regulatory and cost analysis, pricing, public policy assessment, and business case development. Utilizing data science, the team works with various organizations to improve operational efficiency and optimize service outcomes for different user groups, identifying underserved societal needs and solving intricate problems.

Requirements

Candidates should possess or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Policy, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Social or Environmental Science, or related disciplines. Essential attributes include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, a keen interest in mathematics, statistics, and technology, a proactive and curious mindset, collaborative relationship-building skills, and competent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
