Role overview
The headquarters are based in Stuttgart, but the role can be performed almost entirely from home. Some willingness to travel to Stuttgart is required.
What you will do
- Handle end-to-end payroll for a defined employee group independently in SAP.
- Own assigned projects and contribute to the company’s further development.
- Support monthly and annual closing activities together with the team and assist during tax audits.
- Serve as a contact person for employees on labour law, social insurance, and payroll tax matters, and manage time management processes.
What we are looking for
- Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in payroll processing with SAP HCM; fully closed payroll processing experience is not mandatory.
- Initial or in-depth experience with payroll for pensioners is an advantage.
- Experience in operational HR management is desirable and helps with a broader understanding of HR processes.
- You have solid knowledge of labour law, tax law, and social insurance regulations.
- You are confident using SAP HCM, ideally also additional SAP modules, as well as MS Office.
- You bring strong commitment, teamwork, and a structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
