Role overview
The administrative headquarters are based in Stuttgart, while the role can be performed almost entirely from home. Some willingness to travel to Stuttgart is required.
What you'll do
- Independently process payroll from start to finish for a defined employee group in SAP.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to the company’s ongoing development.
- Support the team with monthly and annual closing activities and assist during tax audits.
- Serve as a contact person for employee questions related to labour law, social insurance, and payroll tax matters, and handle time management topics.
What we're looking for
- At least one year of experience in payroll accounting with SAP HCM is preferred; fully completed payroll processing experience is not mandatory.
- Prior or deeper exposure to payroll for pensioners is an advantage.
- Experience in operational HR management is desirable and helps with a broader understanding of HR processes.
- Good knowledge of labour, tax, and social insurance law is expected.
- Confident use of SAP HCM, ideally other SAP modules as well, together with MS Office, is required.
- You should bring strong commitment, team spirit, and a self-directed, well-structured, and dependable working style.
