Role overview
The administrative headquarters are based in Stuttgart. This position can be performed almost entirely remotely, although occasional travel to Stuttgart is required.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle end-to-end payroll processing for a defined group of employees in SAP.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to the company’s continued development.
- Work with the team on monthly and annual closing activities and support tax audits.
- Act as a contact person for employee questions related to labor law, social insurance, and payroll tax matters, and manage timekeeping processes.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in payroll processing with SAP HCM is preferred; complete payroll-cycle expertise is not mandatory.
- Prior experience with payroll for retirees or company pensioners is an advantage.
- Experience in operational HR management is desirable and helps with a broader understanding of HR processes.
- Good knowledge of labor law, tax law, and social insurance regulations is required for day-to-day payroll work.
- Confident use of SAP HCM, ideally other SAP modules as well, together with MS Office.
- A high level of commitment, team spirit, and a self-directed, structured, and dependable working style.
