- Offer expert guidance on PPIE matters and organize meetings connecting researchers with public participants.
- Direct researchers and staff to relevant training, resources, and support to ensure they possess the necessary capabilities and confidence to engage PPIE members throughout the research lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage the CRF PPIE group by responding to both new and current member questions, planning training sessions and quarterly online meetings, and facilitating interaction among researchers, CRF staff, and public contributors.
- Maintain consistent communication with the PPIE group through biannual newsletters, frequent emails, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings as needed.
- Enhance the visibility of the CRF, PPIE group, and new member recruitment by collaborating with the Trust Communications Team for high-quality promotional content and engaging with the Trust EDI Team to connect with underrepresented communities.
