About the Role
LSH Auto is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Parts Specialist to become an integral part of our dealership team. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management and ensure customers receive the necessary parts to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
This full-time role involves working 45 hours per week.
Salary: Up to £30,387 annually plus On-Target Earnings (OTE) bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor stock levels of automotive parts and supplies.
- Deliver excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and managing orders efficiently.
- Ensure prompt restocking and upkeep of a tidy and well-organized parts department.
- Work closely with service technicians to accurately identify and source required components.
- Maintain detailed records of orders and deliveries to support precise inventory tracking.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in an automotive parts department or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication capabilities combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Sharp attention to detail with effective organizational proficiency.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license is mandatory.
