Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor

About the Role

LSH Auto UK Ltd is seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor to lead and shape safety policies across its dealerships, workshops, and support teams. The role involves overseeing safety standards, managing audits, training, and risk management to foster a strong safety culture nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety strategies across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Conduct and manage safety training programs and audits.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigations to maintain a proactive safety culture.
• Report directly to senior leadership on health and safety initiatives and outcomes.
• Travel across Midlands and Manchester areas to support various locations.

Requirements

• Possession of NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
• Demonstrated experience leading health and safety across multiple sites.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK health and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Valid full UK driving licence with availability to travel frequently.

Working Hours and Remuneration

The position involves a 40-hour work week with a salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The role also offers a company car.
