  • Integrate and embed IPS safety culture within newly acquired businesses promptly post-acquisition.
  • Set uncompromising safety performance standards and enforce them rigorously at all organizational levels.
  • Represent IPS externally with customers, regulatory agencies, industry organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop safety leadership competencies among operational leaders beyond the HSE team.
  • Utilize technology and predictive analytics for proactive risk identification and real-time safety performance tracking.

Success Indicators

  • Year-over-year improvements in both proactive and reactive safety metrics, aiming for zero critical incidents.
  • Recognition of the HSE function as a strategic business partner.
  • Uniform application of safety standards across business units and acquisitions.
  • Scalable safety leadership capable of supporting organizational growth and transitions.
  • External perception of IPS as a leader in safety and risk management.
  • Active and effective leading indicator programs driving risk reduction.
  • Incorporation of safety metrics into operational leaders’ performance evaluations.

  • Proven ability managing geographically dispersed multi-site HSE organizations.
  • Experience leading organizational expansions, acquisitions, integrations, and transformations.
