Role Overview
This position at Google involves managing partnerships across multiple product areas within Consumer Apps Marketing. As a Partnerships Manager, you will build and maintain strategic relationships, collaborate on campaign strategy, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives aligned with key cultural moments. The role demands adaptability, creativity, and strong leadership in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for various Google product areas such as Gemini and Search, representing these products externally.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and brand teams to co-develop strategic briefs that integrate campaigns into significant cultural events.
- Assess, structure, and negotiate terms for co-marketing ventures and sponsorships alongside Business Affairs and Legal teams.
- Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional groups to ensure smooth execution of partnership-related deliverables timed with cultural moments.
- Propose culturally innovative concepts while aligning efforts across teams to strategically plan and execute around cultural opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum six years of experience in marketing fields such as growth, performance, direct response, social media, digital platforms, cloud services, or event marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in consumer technology and AI-oriented products.
- Experience partnering with talent, creators, and influencers to boost brand relevance.
- Skilled in evaluating campaign impact using brand health metrics, sentiment analysis, or earned media valuation.
- Competent in applying AI productivity tools to simplify complex workflows and business challenges.
- Proven track record of thriving under tight deadlines within fast-paced and changing environments.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges between $141,000 and $206,000 annually, supplemented by a 15% bonus target, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
