Job description
About the Role
Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) is building the next wave of business-to-business travel commerce by helping banks, airlines, and loyalty partners launch advanced travel experiences powered by Hopper’s inventory, products, and AI-based personalization. As a Partner Success Consultant, you will work closely with senior leaders across a global partner ecosystem to accelerate growth through strategic advisory work and platform optimization. The role combines consulting, product strategy, analytics, and execution to help partners get the most value from the HTS Commerce platform.
What You Will Do
- Create and implement growth plans that improve revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel offerings, including loyalty, pricing, merchandising, and marketing.
- Run executive business reviews with senior and C-level stakeholders, turning partner objectives into clear action plans and measurable business results.
- Act as the main strategic contact for your assigned partner accounts, maintaining trusted relationships with leadership teams and keeping priorities aligned.
- Use platform data to spot performance gaps and growth opportunities, then build and advocate for initiatives that improve outcomes.
- Convert partner business needs into scalable product ideas, partnering with internal product and engineering teams to shape priorities and influence the roadmap.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations that support executive-level decision-making for partners.
- Work directly with partner teams onsite when needed to align strategy, support execution, and drive results.
- Support new partner onboarding onto the HTS Commerce platform, helping ensure a smooth launch and quick value realization.
- Track partner health indicators, identify risks early, and escalate and resolve issues before they affect performance.
- Build repeatable best practices, playbooks, and operating frameworks that can be used across the broader partner network.
What We Are Looking For
- Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success, ideally within technology, travel, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior and C-suite leaders and drive measurable business results.
- Strong analytical ability with a track record of turning complex data into practical strategy and next steps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong executive presence and confidence in high-stakes discussions.
- A strategic approach with strong execution focus and comfort working in fast-moving environments.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS is considered a strong advantage.
Perks and Benefits
- Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven startup with ambitious growth plans, competitive pay, and pre-IPO equity upside.
- Unlimited paid time off.
- Carrot Cash travel stipend.
- On-demand access to co-working space through FlexDesk, plus a work-from-home stipend.
- Very generous parental leave, significantly above typical industry standards.
- Entrepreneurial environment that encourages initiative, experimentation, and calculated risk-taking.
- Open communication with management and company leadership.
- Small, agile teams with the chance to make a large impact.
- 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees.
- Disability and life insurance coverage.
- Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
- DCA/FSA options and access to a 401(k) plan.
About Hopper
Hopper aims to become the world’s leading travel platform, supporting its consumer app, website, and B2B business through HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions). The company uses large-scale data and machine learning to combine travel booking with proprietary fintech products that help travelers save money, gain flexibility, and manage disruptions more easily.
The platform reaches hundreds of millions of travelers worldwide, and the Hopper app has been downloaded more than 120 million times, with a large share of users belonging to Gen Z and millennial audiences. Over time, Hopper has expanded beyond a consumer travel app into a travel fintech company, commerce platform, and global travel agency supporting major brands.
Through HTS, Hopper strengthens partner direct channels by integrating fintech products into partner websites or powering complete travel portals. Its partner network includes well-known brands such as Capital One, Nubank, and Air Canada, among others.
Company Highlights
- Billions of dollars in travel and travel fintech transactions flow through Hopper and HTS channels each year.
- Products such as Cancel for Any Reason and Flight Disruption Assistance are strongly rated by customers because terms are straightforward and resolutions are immediate and hassle-free.
- Nearly 30% of app customers buy at least one fintech product during booking, and customers are 1.6 times more likely to book again when they add fintech to a trip versus booking travel alone.
- HTS now represents more than 75% of the business following the success of Hopper’s B2B offering.
- Travel providers such as airlines, hotels, banks, and travel agencies can integrate and distribute Hopper’s travel and fintech inventory through their own channels.
Compensation
The expected compensation range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000.
