Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with expertise in litigation to join a reputable law firm based in St. Cloud, MN. This opportunity offers a direct hire position with a competitive salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will support attorneys primarily in litigation and insurance defense with complex legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver substantial legal assistance to attorneys handling litigation and insurance defense cases.
- Manage multiple active lawsuits simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to discovery plans and scheduling order deadlines.
- Prepare and file motions, organize document production, and acquire necessary reports.
- Adjust priorities dynamically to avoid delays in critical matters.
Required Qualifications
- Between three to five years of litigation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications and grammar skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team-oriented attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
