Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with expertise in litigation to join a reputable law firm based in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will support attorneys primarily in litigation and insurance defense with complex legal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver substantial legal assistance to attorneys handling litigation and insurance defense cases.
• Manage multiple active lawsuits simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Adhere strictly to discovery plans and scheduling order deadlines.
• Prepare and file motions, organize document production, and acquire necessary reports.
• Adjust priorities dynamically to avoid delays in critical matters.

Required Qualifications

• Between three to five years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in computer applications and grammar skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team-oriented attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
