Role overview
Fort Lauderdale United FC is seeking a Paid Media & Growth Manager to lead the club’s investment in paid channels, including social, search, programmatic, and OTT. The position is focused on increasing ticket sales, driving youth program registrations, and building brand visibility through a disciplined, analytics-led approach.
What you will do
- Plan, launch, and continuously improve paid social campaigns on Meta platforms, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Oversee Google Ads activity across Search, Display, and Performance Max to support ticket sales and youth program growth.
- Develop and manage the remarketing strategy, including pixel and tag setup across web assets.
- Set and maintain UTM tagging practices that support attribution in GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Track the paid media budget and deliver weekly updates on spend, ROAS, CPC, and conversion performance.
- Create and run Spanish-language campaigns aimed at South Florida’s Latin diaspora.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Creative team to produce ad creative optimized for paid performance.
- Research, test, and evaluate newer channels such as OTT, programmatic, and audio for the local sports audience.
Experience and qualifications
This role calls for 3+ years of direct paid media management experience. Candidates should be highly skilled in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, comfortable with GA4 and attribution modeling, and able to show a history of managing five-figure monthly budgets while delivering measurable ROAS.
Preferred background
Experience in sports, ticketing, or live events marketing is strongly preferred, along with bilingual English/Spanish capability and prior success running Spanish-language campaigns. Familiarity with programmatic buying tools such as DV360 or The Trade Desk, as well as Looker Studio for dashboard reporting, will be an advantage.
Working environment
This is a hands-on, in-person opportunity in a fast-moving, high-growth setting. The expected schedule is about 60 hours per week over six days, and the team culture values accountability, effort, and growth opportunities.
Compensation and bonus
The annual salary is in the range of $36,400 to $47,600, depending on experience. The role is also eligible for a performance bonus tied to paid media results, customer acquisition, ticket sales, youth program enrollment, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
