Role overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. The role is centered on expanding and managing the affiliate program for Nolo by finding and onboarding new partners, nurturing professional relationships, and supporting affiliates with the assets they need to run campaigns effectively.

What you will do

• Identify potential affiliates and bring new partners into the program.
• Guide and onboard affiliate partners so they can launch successfully.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with affiliates over time.
• Provide campaign materials and other support needed to help partners promote effectively.
• Monitor campaign results, evaluate performance, and improve offers where needed.
• Work with the marketing and product teams on online marketing efforts that support user growth and engagement.
• Review data, build performance reports, and recommend changes to improve conversions and return on investment.
• Track market developments and competitor programs to strengthen the affiliate strategy.

What we are looking for

• Experience or capability in affiliate marketing and online marketing, including working with affiliate networks, measuring results, and improving campaign performance.
• Solid background in digital marketing, including user acquisition, funnel optimization, and planning campaigns using data.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for dealing with both partners and internal teams.
• Familiarity with performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, dashboards, and spreadsheets is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to affiliate or partner programs in SaaS, consumer applications, or technology products is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, juggle several campaigns at once, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
