Its platform is designed to help homeowners, developers, real estate professionals, and public-sector teams quickly identify development opportunities, assess land potential, and make smarter property decisions. The company’s tools are already being used in North America, Australia, and the Middle East, and it is growing quickly through enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.
The team is hiring an AI Growth & Outbound Sales Representative to support the expansion of UnlockLand Connect, an AI-enabled B2B platform that connects developers with reliable professionals across the real estate ecosystem.

UnlockLand Connect is an AI-driven marketplace built to help businesses create qualified opportunities and expand through smarter matching. It brings together homeowners, developers, and real estate professionals with a wide network of industry experts such as builders, architects, engineers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, interior designers, material suppliers, consultants, and property developers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Research and shortlist high-value B2B prospects using AI-assisted tools.
- Design and run outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and similar channels.
- Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to tailor messaging and lift conversion performance.
- Set up qualified meetings and arrange product demonstrations.
- Track prospects through the pipeline with timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- Update CRM information and keep sales activities organized.
- Partner with the founders, marketing team, and product team to refine positioning and improve growth execution.
- Review campaign results and keep optimizing outbound systems.
- Bring forward new ideas for AI-led sales automation and experimentation.
What the Company Is Looking For
- Between 1 and 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR roles, or growth-focused positions.
- Confidence with cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling.
- Interest in AI and a willingness to use AI tools to work more efficiently.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- A self-driven, proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong organization skills along with the ability to solve problems effectively.
Bonus Experience
Additional exposure to tools and sectors such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, PropTech, construction, SaaS, and AI products will be an advantage.
