This role is focused on scaling UnlockLand Connect, the company’s AI-enabled B2B platform that links developers with trusted professionals in the real estate and construction ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing
- Research and identify valuable B2B prospects using AI-assisted tools.
- Create outbound outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
- Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to tailor messaging and improve response rates.
- Set up qualified meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Keep CRM data accurate and manage day-to-day sales activity.
- Collaborate with founders, marketing, and product teams to refine positioning and growth tactics.
- Track campaign results and keep improving outbound systems and processes.
- Bring forward new ideas for AI-led sales automation and growth experiments.
What the Company Is Looking For
- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR roles, or growth-related work.
- Comfort with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Genuine interest in AI and a willingness to use AI tools to work more efficiently.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Well organized with strong problem-solving ability.
Bonus Experience
- Hands-on exposure to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Experience with Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach.io.
- Background in PropTech, construction, SaaS, or AI products.
