US Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — book 10 demos a week

Role overview

SmartSphere Technologies is looking for a US-focused cold caller and appointment setter to help fill its calendar with qualified demos. The company develops AI voice agents for businesses, with US dental clinics as the current priority market. The main target for this position is to secure 10 booked demos each week using cold calls and email outreach.

What you will do

• Call US dental clinics during US business hours and work according to US time zones.
• Connect with decision-makers by navigating past reception or front desk staff.
• Set up demo appointments with interested prospects.
• Use email follow-ups to re-engage warm leads and people who did not answer calls.
• Record each call and add booked demos directly to the calendar.

What the employer is looking for

The ideal candidate should already have experience making cold calls to the US market and should communicate in clear, neutral, confident English. Strong objection handling, persistence, and a resilient attitude are important. The role also requires the ability to stay on the phone for 3 to 4 concentrated hours per day, along with a dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Compensation and work setup

This is a remote role with work-from-anywhere flexibility. Pay includes a base component plus bonuses for each successful close, and high-performing setters can earn significantly more than the base pay. The team provides a proven script and a pre-built lead list so you can begin outreach from day one.
