About the Role

We are seeking qualified Opticians / Augenoptiker (m/w/d) to work within various optical retail locations across Germany. This opportunity suits professionals passionate about customer guidance, precise craftsmanship, and delivering excellent vision care solutions. You'll assist customers in choosing eyewear, conducting vision tests, fitting, and delivering tailored optical services.

Responsibilities

• Offer expert advice on glasses, lenses, and contact lenses to clients
• Conduct vision testing, measurements, and optical evaluations
• Create, adjust, repair, and enhance eyewear products
• Suggest appropriate vision solutions grounded in individual customer needs
• Manage customer orders with accuracy and professionalism
• Ensure top-tier customer service and maintain product quality standards

Requirements

• Completed professional training as Optician / Augenoptiker (m/w/d)
• Experience in optical sales, fitting eyewear, or providing vision-related services
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented, precise, and practical approach to work
• Proficient in German to conduct customer consultations effectively
• Availability to work on-site within Germany

Offered Benefits

• A gross annual salary between €42,000 and €50,000, according to experience and credentials
