About the Role
Nike is seeking an Operations Coach (Manager) in Auckland to help deliver standout service, strengthen the store experience, and support the brand’s mission of uniting people through sport. This position plays an important part in keeping the department running smoothly while helping create loyal Nike customers through excellent in-store operations.
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on operational control, customer satisfaction, and shrinkage management. You will help maintain strong profit and loss performance while building a service-driven culture that reflects Nike’s brand in the store.
- Oversee payroll compliance, build rosters and zone charts, and maintain cash handling standards.
- Support the store in meeting financial targets and business objectives.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and inspire the operations team.
- Strengthen operational performance across facilities, HR-related processes, loss prevention activities, and team communications in the break room.

Working Pattern
