Role overview

SERVPRO is looking to add an Office Manager who can lead the office team, keep administrative and accounting work running smoothly, and help maintain a high standard of customer service. This position plays a central part in building an effective office environment, supporting leadership, and making sure internal processes stay on track.

What you'll do

  • Lead the office team, including Job File Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, Receptionist/Dispatchers, and Accounting/HR Administrators.
  • Support a professional, positive office culture.
  • Arrange and deliver onboarding and training for office staff.
  • Organize and run monthly team meetings.
  • Track National Accounts requirements and other franchise compliance matters.
  • Handle lead-source management and follow-up.
  • Monitor federal and state compliance, including training completion tied to risk management.
  • Serve as the in-house expert for office technology and processes.
  • Prepare applications for Preferred Vendor programs.
  • Create systems that help the office hit franchise KPIs and targets.
  • Build, maintain, and manage the annual plan for the office division.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team when needed.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

The role calls for at least 5 years of experience in office management, accounting, or customer service management. You should have proven leadership ability and a track record of building effective teams. Strong written and spoken communication is important, along with a consistently professional and courteous tone. The position suits someone who is self-driven, target-focused, comfortable multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, team-based office. Good organization, planning, and attention to detail are essential. You should also be willing to learn new and proprietary software.

Education and experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office or similar software proficiency is required.
  • IICRC certification is preferred.
  • Xactimate certification is preferred.
  • Construction management experience is preferred.
  • Customer service industry experience is an advantage.
  • Bilingual ability is an added plus.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, where permitted by law.
  • Clean driving record is required, where permitted by law.
  • Monthly travel to satellite locations is part of the job.

Physical and workplace expectations

This is an active office-based role in a busy environment. Some filing and document handling are required, which may involve lifting files, opening cabinets, and bending or standing as needed.

Compensation

The salary for this role is $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
