Available Positions and Responsibilities

• Hostess: Serve as the welcoming ambassador of Rosewood AMAALA, greeting international guests, managing reservations, and initiating a unique and personalized dining atmosphere.
• Waiter/Waitress: Provide attentive and bespoke food service by anticipating guest needs and delivering refined culinary experiences with charm and expertise.
• Food & Beverage Administrator: Ensure smooth F&B operations by coordinating schedules, managing supplier communications, and maintaining thorough administrative control for the department.
• Barista: Craft artisanal coffee and specialty beverages with excellence, engaging guests with coffee culture and serving each drink with skill and creativity.
• Bell Desk Associate: Facilitate seamless arrivals and departures, manage luggage handling, offer guest orientation, and deliver a sophisticated first and last impression with discretion and local knowledge.
• Spa Therapist: Provide individualized wellness treatments combining expert therapy techniques and a nurturing approach to promote rejuvenation and balance for guests.
• Spa Attendant: Uphold the serene and spotless spa environment by maintaining cleanliness, ambiance, and guest comfort for a peaceful retreat experience.
• Engineering Technician: Maintain and repair complex resort systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure flawless operational standards that protect guest experience.
• Commis Chef: Assist in preparing premium ingredients and execute advanced culinary methods under expert chefs in a top-tier kitchen, ensuring high standards of safety and presentation.
• Housekeeping Associate: Deliver immaculate room maintenance with attention to luxury, hygiene, and personalized guest care, creating a flawless sanctuary for guests.
