About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Guest Relations Executive - Rooms to join the team at Madinat Jumeirah Resort. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests warmly with personalized service, supervising and mentoring the guest relations team to maintain luxury standards and policies, coordinating dining reservations and special requests, managing guest feedback and complex situations with professionalism and care, and nurturing strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests by anticipating their needs.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or degree in the hospitality sector
- Proficiency in an additional language, preferably Russian
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud systems
- Experience in an international, culturally diverse work environment demonstrating respect and trust
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
