Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Team Leader will be responsible for the oversight of daily operations within the food and beverage department. The focus is on ensuring excellent service quality and guest satisfaction through effective team coordination, staff training, and smooth workflow management across the dining and event areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support food and beverage staff throughout shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain exemplary service standards to optimize guest experience.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels.
• Provide training and mentoring to new employees.
• Address and resolve guest feedback and concerns professionally.

Qualification and Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; formal hospitality training is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in food and beverage service, including leadership responsibilities.
• Effective leadership and communication capabilities.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
