Role Responsibilities
- Enhance the company's online presence by optimizing search engine ranking, especially on Google.
- Assist in improving visibility on AI-driven search and discovery tools through AI SEO strategies.
- Apply SEO best practices to digital platforms including the corporate website (preferably WordPress), LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other social media.
- Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta Ads, focusing on campaign creation and return on investment evaluation.
- Manage and upkeep the company’s CRM database, support CRM migration efforts, ensure data integrity, and assist internal teams with newsletter creation and distribution.
- Support the Corporate Communications team in various digital marketing and communication tasks.
- Contribute to corporate and client project work on a project-by-project basis.
Candidate Profile
- Background in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, SEO, Social Media, Journalism, or related disciplines.
- Practical experience handling corporate websites, implementing SEO optimizations, with preference for WordPress knowledge.
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and enthusiasm for AI-powered search optimization.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, understanding algorithms, analytics, and optimizing content on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, etc.
- Skill in planning and analyzing LinkedIn and Meta advertising campaigns is beneficial.
- Experience with CRM management, newsletter tools like Mailchimp or MyConvento, including database handling and email marketing; experience with CRM system migration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential.
- Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Teams, and other digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong written communication, organizational abilities, and a creative, proactive, hands-on approach to work.
- Structured, dependable, and capable of handling multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Keen interest in tourism, travel, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Team-oriented, open to constructive feedback, and eager to contribute innovative ideas.
- Fluent English with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Excellent command of the German language; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Situated in Frankfurt or nearby, with availability to work on-site at least two days weekly.
