About the Opportunity
A prominent international organization operating in the industrial manufacturing sector is looking to expand its People team with two specialists focusing on onboarding new employees. These roles will be based in Abu Dhabi and are critical to ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of new hires into the company.
Onboarding Specialist
This position focuses exclusively on facilitating a streamlined onboarding experience for a large volume of new employees. The incumbent will manage the complete onboarding cycle, coordinating closely with internal teams to guarantee compliance and timely completion. Ideal candidates will have substantial onboarding experience in dynamic environments characterized by high recruitment volumes such as technology, logistics, e-commerce, mobility, or manufacturing industries.
Onboarding Manager
This is a 12-month contractual role requiring leadership of a team of 5-6 onboarding specialists. The manager will be accountable for the overall success of the onboarding process across departments, driving operational efficiencies, workload management, and acting as the core liaison for stakeholders. There is potential involvement in broader onboarding initiatives and transformation projects as well, with a possibility for contract renewal based on organizational needs.
