Role Overview

The Sales team plays a pivotal role in expanding the customer base. An Account Executive is responsible for ensuring an outstanding experience for new business clients by identifying opportunities, executing outreach campaigns, and managing deals through to closure and activation.

Primary Duties

• Initiate contact with prospects via multiple channels emphasizing cold calls.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive lead sourcing strategy by targeting key industry verticals and diversifying the prospect pool.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline independently from prospecting through account management, aiming to maximize adoption, upsell, and cross-sell to attain quarterly objectives.
• Coordinate smoothly with internal teams to facilitate customer onboarding and daily use.
• Maintain autonomy in balancing prospecting, deal closures, and upsell efforts, while leveraging internal resources and team collaboration.
• Apply solution-based selling techniques to comprehend customer needs and effectively convey Revolut Business's value.
• Develop expertise in Revolut Business products, market position, and solution offerings, supported by relevant case studies.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum one year of proven experience in commercial roles focusing on outbound sales and prospecting.
• Exceptional telephone communication and articulation skills.
• Strong written communication skills, especially for emails and professional outreach.
