Role Overview
As a Musketeer representing Red Bull in Greater Adelaide, you serve as both the living embodiment of the brand and a committed ambassador. Your responsibility includes partnering effectively with top bars, restaurants, clubs, and event organizers to build long-lasting relationships, while continually seeking fresh opportunities to enhance Red Bull's market presence. This full-time position offers significant freedom to innovate within a driven and dependable team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Red Bull through your distinct personality and professional conduct, elevating the brand's reputation across popular cafes, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive gatherings.
- Ensure that Red Bull products remain visible and readily accessible, maintaining consistent brand visibility in all venues.
- Establish and nurture trusted partnerships with current clients while forging new alliances with influential figures and industry specialists in hospitality and gastronomy.
- Develop a strong personal reputation by staying informed about industry trends and engaging with key decision makers in your region.
- Take full ownership of on-premise sales and marketing initiatives, strategically deploying innovative concepts and tools to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Leverage your sales and negotiation expertise to create mutually advantageous outcomes, consistently exceeding prior marketing and sales objectives.
- Employ creative problem-solving methods and marketing innovations to maintain Red Bull's leading position in the on-premise market sector.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A passionate interest in the hospitality sector, preferably with prior experience in bar or venue management, event promotion, restaurant ownership, or related roles.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region approximately every three weeks.
- A solutions-driven mindset combined with strong commercial insight and determination to succeed.
- Professional demeanor, strong responsibility, and a can-do attitude are essential.
- Established connections within the nightlife scene or aptitude to swiftly develop such relationships.
- Comfort with a varied schedule including nights and weekends, as the role requires presence outside a typical 9-5 framework.
- Legal entitlement to work in Australia and understanding of the employer’s rights to verify this status in compliance with the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).
