Available Positions and Responsibilities

• Service Quality Consultant (Karachi & AJK/Mansehra): Conduct branch evaluations to measure service quality against standards, act as a Service Ambassador enhancing branch customer service, and identify process improvements for customer experience enhancement.
• Booth In-charge (Karachi): Manage day-to-day foreign currency exchange operations, ensure transaction compliance with policies and regulations, coordinate with Regional/Head Office to meet business objectives, and lead branch staff while resolving customer issues.
• Manager Credit Operations & Monitoring (Head Office, Karachi): Support product development and launch in collaboration with various stakeholders, identify and resolve product framework gaps with Shariah Compliance, and facilitate training while maintaining Shariah compliance across regions.
• Head of Data Science (Head Office, Karachi): Develop and execute data science strategies, manage predictive modeling and machine learning projects including model lifecycle management, utilize optimization techniques, and translate analytics into actionable business solutions.
• RPA Developer (Head Office, Karachi): Design and build UiPath automation workflows, analyze business processes, maintain and enhance bots for stability, and integrate automation solutions with APIs and external systems.

Requirements

• Academic qualifications vary per role, generally requiring at least a Bachelor's degree, with preference for Master's degrees in relevant fields. Islamic Finance qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience requirements range from a minimum of 2 years for junior roles to over 7 years, including leadership experience for senior positions such as Manager Credit Ops and Head of Data Science.
• Specific domain knowledge is essential, such as foreign currency handling for Booth In-charge, product development and Shariah compliance understanding for Credit Ops, and expertise in data science and machine learning for the Head of Data Science.
• Skills such as strong communication, integrity, proficiency in financial and data analytics software, and understanding of regulatory compliance are vital.
