Sante Private Limited is looking for a motivated Assistant Product Manager specializing in cosmetology to join their headquarters in Karachi. This role demands a professional with pharmaceutical product marketing experience and a strong interest in dermatology and cosmetology sectors.

Primary Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to meet sales and market share goals.
• Support product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing efforts.
• Perform market research and competitive analyses to spot growth potential.
• Monitor sales data and compile performance reports for the brand.
• Create promotional and educational content for sales teams.
• Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand rollout.

Qualifications & Skills

• Academic Background: Pharm-D or Bachelor of Pharmacy; MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
• Experience: Between 2 to 3 years in pharmaceutical product marketing.
• Preferred Experience in products related to dermatology or cosmetology.
• Competencies include brand management, market research, strategic analysis, effective communication, and cross-department teamwork.
