Multi Unit Site Leader I

Role overview

Gopuff is hiring a Multi Unit Site Leader to oversee several operational locations across retail and Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs). This is a demanding, fast-moving role for someone who brings energy, resilience, positivity, and a strong ownership mindset. You will be expected to lead with an entrepreneurial approach, support frontline teams, and keep a close eye on profitability and execution.

In this position, you will report to the Regional Manager and partner with teams across capacity planning, supply chain, human resources, retail strategy, merchandising, marketing, finance, and pricing. The role is centered on building strong local operations and making sure customers receive a consistently excellent experience.

What you will do

• Guide local Operations Associates in day-to-day activities across retail and/or MFC settings.
• Coach team members so they can grow their capabilities and take on broader responsibilities.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline through performance management and succession planning.
• Review daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics and use insights to improve customer experience.
• Act as the connection point between rollout initiatives, local execution, and partner departments.
• Ensure each site is staffed appropriately and that future staffing needs are anticipated in advance.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or analytical project work.
• Prior leadership and management experience across multi-location teams.
• Proven success in leading, developing, retaining, and motivating high-performing employees.
• Strong analytical ability and the confidence to influence others in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 90% or more of the time.
• Comfort working flexible schedules, including peak operating hours from 5 pm to 3 am, as well as weekends and holidays when business needs require it.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• A business-related or STEM degree is preferred, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
