Job Responsibilities

• Manage trading positions and oversee risk exposure effectively.
• Monitor market spreads and liquidity to maintain optimum platform function.
• Execute client orders promptly and accurately on MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
• Implement dealing processes to ensure smooth operations of the trading platform.
• Handle trade-related inquiries and collaborate with risk and operations teams.
• Provide insights and feedback on pricing accuracy, execution quality, and platform performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience with MT5 trading platform including order execution, monitoring, and configuration.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, especially Forex (FX), CFDs, and leveraged products, plus knowledge of market microstructure and pricing.
• Demonstrated risk management expertise, including exposure monitoring and hedging strategies.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities for interpreting market data, economic trends, and trading reports.
• High attention to detail for precise trade entry, accurate reconciliation, and meticulous record-keeping to reduce errors.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced dealing environment, with flexibility for trading during global market hours.
• Relevant academic credentials in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related disciplines; professional trading or investment certifications are beneficial.
• Proficiency with trading-related software tools, basic skills in Excel, and adaptability to technology-based workflows.
