Role Overview
Join Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 5 Administrator within the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy Outpatient team, working 22.5 hours per week across west localities. This part-time, onsite position offers flexible working hours without compulsory weekend shifts and includes free parking and a generous mileage allowance to support travel between multiple sites. You will be a key part of a motivated and supportive team committed to maintaining high service standards throughout Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of the MSK Physiotherapy service by delivering organisational, administrative, and secretarial support to senior management and administration teams.
- Provide leadership and direct supervision to Band 3 and Band 4 Administrators.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership to implement and review administrative policies and drive service improvements.
- Exercise independent judgement alongside coordination with other Administrative Leads to prioritize workload and maintain effective team and service management.
- Maintain professional and confidential communication with all staff levels, external bodies, and the public.
