Job description
Position Overview
Join our team as a Mine Site Cleaner, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness at mining site facilities including offices, amenities, and accommodation units. This role supports health and safety by providing a sanitized environment for all personnel on site.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This opportunity offers a permanent position working a 14:7 roster, which involves living and working on site for 14 consecutive days, followed by 7 days off at home. The daily shifts are 12 hours long. Compensation includes an annual salary of $87,527 plus a 12% superannuation contribution, paid on all rostered hours.
Location and Transportation
Workers will fly out from Perth to one of our remote villages located across Regional Western Australia and be transported to the work sites.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) experience and familiarity with industrial cleaning
- Possession of a Western Australia C-Class driver’s license (manual transmission required; interstate and international licenses are not accepted)
- Valid working rights in Australia extending at least six months beyond employment start (current visas with less time or bridging visas are not acceptable; sponsorship is not offered)
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical examination, ensuring safety in remote working conditions
