Role Overview

The CCTV Operator position is a full-time onsite role located at Emirates Gallery in Fujairah. Responsibilities include monitoring live surveillance footage to detect any suspicious behaviors, safety hazards, or incidents within the premises. The operator must respond swiftly to alerts, communicate concerns to security and management teams, and meticulously document all events. Routine duties involve verifying CCTV equipment functionality, assessing recorded video when required, generating basic reports, and safeguarding all security information with strict confidentiality. Collaboration with security personnel and other departments is essential to maintain a safe environment for both visitors and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, security monitoring devices, or similar surveillance technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and keen observational skills to maintain focus for prolonged durations.
• Proficient communication abilities for reporting and coordinating with security and management teams.
• Basic computer skills enabling operation of digital recorders and reporting software.
• Familiarity with security protocols, safety measures, and appropriate incident response procedures.
• Upholds confidentiality, acts with integrity, and responsibly manages sensitive information.
• Availability to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational demands dictate.
• Prior experience in security services, law enforcement, or facility monitoring is advantageous.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to security are a plus.
