About the Role
Join our team as a Mine Site Cleaner working in Regional Western Australia on a 14:7 roster, living onsite for two weeks followed by one week at home. Become part of a community-focused environment dedicated to the well-being and safety of all guests and staff at mining facilities and accommodation villages.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across mining site facilities including offices, amenities, and accommodation areas.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all workers and residents on site.
- Participate in maintaining communal living and working areas under industrial cleaning conditions.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Receive a salary of $87,527 per annum plus 12% superannuation payable on all rostered hours.
- Operate on a 14:7 work roster with 12-hour shifts during onsite weeks.
- Travel from Perth to one of the villages located within Regional Western Australia is arranged.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous FIFO experience and ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks confidently.
- Possession of a valid Western Australia C-Class driver’s license (manual transmission required, interstate/international licenses not accepted).
- Legal working rights in Australia for more than six months; bridging visas or short-term visas exempted; no sponsorship available.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical due to the physically demanding and remote working conditions.
