Role Overview
Marshalls plc invites applications for the position of Regional Assessor, based in the Derby area with responsibilities covering an extensive patch including multiple postcode areas such as LE, WV, WS, WN, WA, TF, ST, and others. This position involves managing relationships with driveway installers and landscape contractors to maximize service demand through effective engagement and streamlined assessment procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a client portfolio of accredited driveway installers and landscaping contractors under Marshalls’ own scheme, fostering loyalty and coordinating daily activities.
- Onboard new scheme members and mediate any installation-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive profitable sales and meet commercial objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer interactions into the CRM for record-keeping purposes.
- Conduct detailed site investigations relating to warranty claims on workmanship, ensuring comprehensive evaluation according to terms and conditions.
- Identify and report misuse or unauthorized usage of Marshalls’ trademarks or logos, along with competitor activities and market intelligence.
- Provide demonstrations and promote product ranges that support best site practices, health and safety, and sales growth.
- Encourage scheme members to participate in annual awards to enhance installation standards and diversity, and participate in judging with expected integrity.
