Store Manager - Fashion Retail

About the Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring achievement of sales targets
• Lead employees in customer service delivery, inventory control, cash reconciliation, and in-store marketing activities
• Delegate responsibilities among team members efficiently
• Manage recruitment and integration of new staff into the store environment
• Ensure compliance with established health and safety standards
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the store

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail and retail management roles
• Proven ability to train staff and excel in sales performance
• Strong capabilities in customer service, leadership, and communication
