About the Role

Join the Global Accessories Merchandising team at Nike, where you will play a key role in defining how Nike Accessories serve athletes worldwide. Reporting directly to the Accessories leader, you will collaborate closely with leadership to support cross-sport strategies, develop portfolio tools, generate business insights, and implement initiatives across both in-house and licensed Accessories segments. This position requires working alongside various teams including Consumer Insights, Geography Merchandising, Marketplace, and Licensing to craft engaging consumer experiences and drive growth within the global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Accessories strategies that integrate athlete needs, sport priorities, product possibilities, and business growth opportunities.
• Create and maintain business tools, portfolio frameworks, and reporting systems that facilitate better decision-making and execution.
• Collaborate with teams across Merchandising, Product Management, Planning, Consumer Insights, Geography, and Licensing to align goals and identify new prospects.
• Support both in-house and licensed Accessories businesses by enhancing consumer experience and improving overall business performance.
• Analyze business results, market trends, consumer data, and portfolio effectiveness to propose actionable strategies.
• Participate in strategic projects that enhance Nike Accessories' presence and define the portfolio's future direction.
• Prepare leadership reviews, strategic presentations, and decision-support materials that effectively communicate the Accessories narrative.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in merchandising, planning, buying, product management, retail, or related business roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related discipline; alternative combinations of education, experience, and training will also be considered.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with a track record of leveraging data for informed decision-making.
• Experience designing business tools, reporting frameworks, presentations, and strategic analyses.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management capabilities.
