This is a 6-month contract opportunity requiring onsite presence Monday through Thursday with hybrid work options. Team Collaboration
The Product Manager will closely collaborate with the Basketball Senior Product Director, Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, Sports Marketing teams, and elite athletes to influence product direction and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee basketball consumer product creation, encompassing strategic and creative dimensions.
- Lead product and design review meetings.
- Engage with merchandising teams during strategic checkpoints.
- Contribute actively in cross-functional team discussions.
- Develop compelling visual communication tools to influence design, merchandising, and downstream geography partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent blend of education, experience, and training.
- At least 5 years of relevant product management experience.
- Prior product management expertise is mandatory.
- Familiarity with performance apparel is advantageous.
- Ability to foster a positive team environment and unify cross-functional stakeholders.
- Skill to navigate ambiguity, defining clear paths for teams.
- Strong, clear, and timely communication abilities across partners.
- Strategic mindset to balance elite athlete demands with retail business opportunities.
- Accountability in meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
