Role overview
This part-time Merchandise Coordinator position supports the Global Women’s Bottoms merchandising function. The assignment runs on a W2 basis through April 2027 and requires 16 to 24 hours of work each week. The role centers on keeping product information accurate, organizing samples, and helping the team execute global product category plans.
The coordinator will report to the Women’s T3 Bottoms Global Lead, while day-to-day guidance will come from the merchant responsible for part of the denim assortment.
What you will do
- Maintain accurate product data and keep seasonal records consistent across product management systems.
- Own the organization and tracking of samples for the assigned global product categories.
- Share information, materials, and samples with regional partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build and update line plans, then communicate them with internal business partners.
- Support consumer and competitor research through market visits and fashion publications.
- Handle administrative tasks for the merchandising team as required.
What the role calls for
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- One to two years of experience in apparel merchandising is recommended.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with product management systems such as PLM.
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities across multiple teams and levels.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Interest in product and consumer behavior.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
Additional details
This is a temporary, part-time onsite role in San Francisco, CA. The position is structured for 16 to 24 hours per week and is expected to continue through April 2027.
